Dr Paul La France received his doctorate from Walden University in business administration with a concentration in global supply chain management. He joined the military in 1981 under the delayed entry program. In June 1982 he entered active duty as an Aviation Logistics Specialist and 23 years later he retired as a Command Master Chief.
During his time in the Navy his area of expertise includes but not limited to Nuclear Engineering ILS support, Provisioning, APL development, providing reliability, availability, and maintainability on all systems under his purview.
His ILS support extends to 24 years supporting the nuclear, aviation, and surface communities while in the Navy and 14 years providing ILS support to the submarine and business communities.
